Still Waiting for Update

I love this app. I contacted Cool Moon the day after iOS4 was released about the app not opening with iOS4. Their reply was theyve released an update and theyre waiting for Apple to publish it... How much longer do we have to wait? Ive considered deleting this and finding another Solitaire app. The clock is ticking...
