It does not work with the OS4 upgrade!

I have been using this app for almost a year and it worked fine with the previous upgrades.
However, I just downloaded OS4 and now it does not work. I have deleted it, downloaded again to no avail.
I even deleted it and purchased it again - and it still does not work.
Do I need to look for another companys product?

Please fix the problem as I really love this product.
